I graduated from the Delaware Learning Institute Massage Therapy Program in 2002 completing 500 hours of class time. Coursework focused on anatomy and physiology which identified how the various body systems work and how massage affects them. The curriculum also included the history of massage, business practices and professional ethics.

Hands-on bodywork emphasized using the sense of touch to feel for abnormalities in the muscles and surrounding tissues and which massage techniques are the most therapeutic for specific problems or the best for relaxation.

In 2003 I was certified in pre-natal (pregnancy) massage.

I am fully insured by ABMP - Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
